These skins can be formed by clamping the trailing edge between 2×4’s after folding over (being careful not to crease the metal). Extra wing skin material should be used so that there will be an overlap. Press down with another 2×4 at the leading edge to set the desired radius into the metal. Set the 2×4 farther back aft of the leading edge for a larger radius. (NOTE: The C clamp is shown in an elevated position for clarity. When in use the C clamp should be resting on the rug.)
