The elevator needs to be set up with mechanical stops for 30° up and 20° down.

I accomplished this by welding in tubing between the top longerons in the proper location to react with the elevator horn.

See drawing #19 view E-E the T6 tube acts as the up stop. The photo shows a T4 tube welded in place to act as the down stop.
