VR3 custom designed and built a cnc tube profiling machine with a milling cutter to produce tubes with unprecedented accuracies and convenience for the homebuilder or a manufacturer. Cutting profiles are generated from computerized 3D solid models to maintain dimensional accuracy, nested intersections and detailed profiles. Both ends of the tube are cut in one setup to ensure this accuracy on the profiles, the clocked orientation, and the tube length.
